Who is responsible for your personal data

Grupo Sinforosa, with address at Avenida Centenario del Ejército Mexicano, Terra Park Centenario, 55C, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website and at the Getulio restaurant, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to serve you:

• Full name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Reservation details, such as date, time, number of guests, and any comments or preferences you choose to share.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. If you voluntarily tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions, that information is used solely to serve you better during your visit.

How we use your data

Your personal data is used for the following necessary purposes:

• To manage, confirm, modify or cancel your reservation.
• To contact you regarding your visit.
• To respond to requests, questions, comments or complaints.
• To comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for any other purpose. We will never use it for advertising, promotional, marketing or commercial prospecting purposes: we will not send you newsletters, event invitations, surveys, or any communication other than those strictly related to your reservation or to a request you have made.

Data transfers

We use the CoverManager platform to operate our reservation system; this provider processes data on our behalf and under its own privacy policies. Apart from this case, and from the competent authorities where the law requires it, we do not share, sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to request corrections when your information is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to remove it from our records when you believe it is not being used in accordance with this notice (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw your consent, send your request to reservaciones@getulio.mx, including your full name, a means of contact and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site does not use its own advertising-tracking cookies. The CoverManager reservation module and Google's font service may generate their own cookies or technical records necessary for them to work.

Changes to this notice

This privacy notice may be updated. Any changes will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the latest update.
